45 gram Protein Shake

Chances are you have at least 1 to 2 protein shakes a day. After awhile it can become pretty repetitive and boring. This will help you change up your routine.

I have a recipe for you that makes a 300 gram protein shake with no protein powder. This shake is extremely tasty.  You can use this shake in place of a meal or as your after workout protein shake. I like to use it as my lunch meal. Here is the recipe and a link to the video of me making one.

45 Gram Protein Shake Recipe

Ice, 3 Tablespoons of peanut butter powder instead of peanut butter you can use either or, 1 packet of Quaker oatmeal weight control maple brown sugar flavor, 1 banana, 1 container of pure protein vanilla flavor.

Ice = 0 Calories 0 grams of protein

3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Powder = 8 grams of protein, 70 Calories

1 Banana = 1.3 grams of protein and 105 Calories great for flavor.

1 Packet of Quaker Oatmeal weight control = 7 grams of protein,160 calories

1 Container of Pure Protein Vanilla Flavor = 35 grams of protein and a 170 calories

Pure Protein Vanilla Flavor

Pure protein is a great source of protein it has 35 grams of protein and a 170 calories. For a protein drink it doesn’t taste powdery or chalky like some protein drinks do. The price is reasonable. You can find it in larger quantities at places like Sams club or Costco or www.tigerfitness.com.
