There are many pre workout supplements to choose from but Mr. Hyde is the best. I use Mr. Hyde pre workout supplement I use before every workout. It gives me the pump I am looking for. I have tried every flavor they have to offer except for Cotton Candy and they are all good except Fruit Punch. My favorites are Blue Razz, Watermelon, and Cherry Bomb which I didn’t think I would like at all since I don’t like Cherries.


PS Isolate

I use the PS Isolate vanilla flavor supplement after every workout. It is a little more expensive then regular Whey Protein but I like the results I am getting. Vanilla is the only flavor I ever get when it comes to protein powders because no matter how you drink it alone, or mixed in a blender with some fruit it still taste good.


L-Carnitine 3000



I use L-Catine 3000 by Pro Supps, once in the morning and once at night. I only use the recommended amount. If you take to much L-Carnitine it could make you have a fishy smell.


Amino Linx

Amino LinxI use Amino Linx by Pro Supps during every workout and sometimes throughout the day. It helps me with muscle recovery. I have tried every flavor they have to offer in this and they are all good except fruit punch.
